Monday, October 10, 2005	The Indian Telecom Service Association (ITSAT) files a contempt of court notice against the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) for going ahead with the process of absorption of officers into Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), despite a stay order being issued by various benches of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and by some high courts.
