The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) issued the draft digital addressable system (DAS) interconnect agreement regulations on 5 June 2013 has extended the last date for stake holder to send their comments. At the time of issuing the order, the last date was 18 June 2013. Under the extension, industry stakeholders can send their written comments by 26 June 2013.

The Madras high court has refrained Sun Distribution Services Pvt Ltd from discontinuing in any way the signals for forty-three popular television channels. The interim stay till 10 June was passed by vacation judge Justice R Karuppiah on a petition by Aadhaar Digital Vision Pvt Ltd which had alleged that the signals were sought to be disconnected pending a suit between the parties.
